We offer a full concierge package for visiting Israel home owners who live overseas. They not only take care of all the physical maintenance and financial management aspects of your home all year round, but we offer a full concierge service to prepare the property in advance of your arrival.

  • A bi-monthly walk-through of the vacant property, checking to ensure that air-conditioners, alarms, water systems and appliances are in good working order (This is an Israeli insurance requirement)
  • Testing all taps to test for leaks and get rid of smells

3. Israel Holiday Rentals

IPN Realty offers a short-term rental management service for holiday rentals (including managing Israel AirBnB rentals). We provide a ā€˜drop keyā€™ service to maintain and prepare the property for your tenantsā€™ arrival, from cleaning the bathrooms and making the beds, to stocking the fridge according to their requests. Between rentals, we check and clean the property and take care of any maintenance issues.

  • A bimonthly walk-through of the vacant property conducting full checks to ensure all systems air-conditioning, alarm, water, appliances, etc. are in good working order (recording visits for insurance purposes, this is an Israeli insurance requirement)
  • Organizing cleaning of the property according to your requirements
  • Organizing an inventory and information guide for the apartment
  • Marketing the property for short term rentals
  • Arranging cleaning between rentals
  • Attending to tenants needs during rentals
  • 24-hour emergency on-call contact service
  • Mail collection, processing, filing, and forwarding services as necessary
