You authorize IPN to forward and/or instruct your content to be published in any other website or channel at IPN’s own discretion.
All content submitted or posted by you on IPN may be indexed by third party websites or search engines. Your content may remain indexed and therefore available to the public on the Internet after you “unpublish” or request IPN to “unpublish” your content from the IPN website. IPN shall not be responsible for the deletion of any content you posted on IPN that is published or available to the public on third party websites or on search engines.
COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
Real Estate agents, owners of properties or any individual (you) represent that any and all images or information on properties that you uploaded or provided to IPN to be uploaded on the IPN website or to be published in other channels, are your own property and are free and clear of any copyright rights of a third party, and you grant IPN full permission to use such information and pictures at IPN’s sole discretion. You understands that the unauthorized use of third party images is a serious offense punishable by the courts with up to 100,000 NIS. You shall take responsibility and shall pay for any and all expenses and fines resulting from uploading or providing unauthorized images to IPN.
REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRIGEMENTS
It is absolutely against our terms to post any content that infringes the rights of other users or any third parties. You shall not infringe the intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark including the offering of counterfeit items for sale. By no means post content that contains any reference to or similarity of any recognizable outsiders or third parties, except if assent has been acquired from each such particular party as might be required. We maintain all authority to delete content where we have justification for associating the infringement of these terms, our policies or those rights of other parties. Any violation reports must be made only by the intellectual property rights owner. Such owner must send us proof of copyrights and trademarks with a detailed description of the violation.
